Yes! We run a flower recycling initiative where we gather sacred floral waste from temples in and around Ambaji, Gujarat. By cleaning, drying, and grinding these blessed flowers into organic powders, we keep them out of local rivers and convert them into fragrant, purifying dhoops.

Our Natural Dhoop Sticks burn for approximately 40-45 minutes. Our Dhoop Cones burn for 30-35 minutes. Because we use concentrated natural essential oils and resins, the soothing fragrance lingers in the room for several hours after burning.

We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for regional areas across India.

Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders above ₹499 across India. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹50 is applied at checkout.

We support UPI Bank Transfer (mishrajiambaji@ybl) and Cash on Delivery (COD). For UPI Transfers, customers are requested to transfer the amount to our UPI ID and submit the 12-digit UTR/Reference number during checkout.

Once you enter the UTR number and complete checkout, our team manually verifies the payment in our bank records. Upon confirmation, your order status is updated to Processing, and a confirmation email is dispatched to you.
